Carol O'Brien has spent the last twenty years dedicated to real estate sales, leasing and management. Beginning in the early 80’s at the world renowned Palm Beach Polo Club, Carol served as the club’s Resort Rental Property Manager. The contacts and experience that Carol gained in this capacity was invaluable.

In 1994, Carol made the decision to start her own real estate sales, leasing and property management company. Because of her hard work and dedication to her clients over the years, Carol has become one of the most successful and respected real estate agents in Palm Beach County Florida.

Carol has teamed with her husband Danny Sneade. Sneade previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer for a Fortune 1000 subsidiary. Also, he built owned and operated ten Jiffy Lube franchise locations in two states. In 1989, Jiffy Lube named him as their "Franchisee of the Year.” In 1994 Sneade entered the securites business and in 2004 he retired as Vice President - Investment Officer for Wachovia Securites.
